Zolomon Prints is owned and operated by Zoey Solomon, a sole proprietor based in Maryland. This policy explains what information is collected through zolomonprints.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information collected
Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address, when you place an order, join the email list, sign up for text messages, or send a message.
Order details, such as what you bought, when, and where it ships. Payments are processed by Squarespace and its payment partners. Full card numbers are never seen or stored by Zolomon Prints.
Site usage information collected by Squarespace through cookies and analytics, such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location, used to keep the site working and understand traffic.
How information is used
To process, pack, and ship orders and to answer questions.
To send emails you signed up for, such as new prints and early access. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To send text messages you signed up for, as described below.
To improve the site and the shop.
Text messages (SMS)
If you join the Zolomon Prints text list, your phone number is used only to send messages about new prints, drops, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages, namely Squarespace and its carrier partners.
Sharing
Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the services that run the shop, including Squarespace (website, checkout, email, and text messaging), payment processors, and shipping carriers, and only as needed for them to do that work, or when required by law.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
Stop text messages by replying STOP.
Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing zoey@zolomonprints.com.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed for orders, business records, and the lists you joined. It is stored with Squarespace, which uses industry-standard security measures.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
