Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms apply to zolomonprints.com and to purchases from Zolomon Prints, which is owned and operated by Zoey Solomon, a sole proprietor based in Maryland. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Collector Prints are one of a kind. If two orders arrive for the same piece, the first completed order receives it and the other is refunded in full.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the US, and every piece is packed by hand in Maryland. For orders outside the US, email zoey@zolomonprints.com before ordering.

Problems with an order

If a print arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, email zoey@zolomonprints.com with photos of the piece and packaging.

Artwork and images

All images, prints, and site content are original work by Zoey Solomon and are protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the physical piece, not the right to copy or reproduce the image.
